Greenside Studio offers a cozy and comfortable holiday studio let overlooking Praa Sands near Penzance, Marizion, St Michaels Mount and Porthleven harbour town. Our studio is designed to provide a tranquil and homely environment. It is equipped with modern amenities and offers a serene space for guests to unwind and enjoy their holiday. Please note there is a no pet policy at Greenside Studio.

The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a studio-style layout with king-size bed, kitchenette with combination microwave/oven, induction hob and fridge, a dining area for two and a sitting area with TV. There is a shower room, as well as a dressing room. Outside you will find a non-enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.8 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape to Cornwall with a stay at Greenside Studio. Note: Bed is in the living area and property is attached to owner’s house.

St Michael's Mount

St Michael's Mount is a tidal island in Mount's Bay near Penzance, Cornwall, England. The island is a civil parish and is linked to the town of Marazion by a causeway of granite setts, passable between mid-tide and low water.

Praa Sands

The village of Praa Sands sits on the south coast in between Helston and Marazion. Best known for its mile-long sandy beach and excellent surfing conditions. A bar/restaurant overlooks the beach – a perfect spot for lunch with a view or sunset drinks.

Marizion

The ancient market town of Marazion is a great place to visit at any time of the year. Safe, sandy beaches are lapped by the clear, turquoise waters of Mount's Bay and guarded by the island fortress of St Michael's Mount.

Hayle

Hayle sits on the edge of a beautiful estuary leading into St Ives Bay. To the north lie three miles of golden sand, whilst the town itself has changed greatly since its days as an industrial heartland during Cornwall’s mining boom years.

Penzance

Visit Penzance and you’ll find yourself in a gem of a portside town, with Cornwall’s most iconic destinations on your doorstep. Dine on fish fresh from Mount’s Bay. Settle into a piratey pub or oh-so-chic cocktail bar. Then browse our wildly creative independent shops and galleries. You want more? We’ve got plenty. Glorious seaside walks on the Promenade. Famous subtropical gardens. And Chapel Street, among the most artsy and eccentric streets in the UK. Afterwards, kick back in an airy room overlooking glorious St Michael’s Mount.

Porthleven

This working fishing port, the most westerly on mainland Britain, faces southwest into the prevailing winds and has provided a welcome refuge for ships in distress along this hazardous stretch of coast for centuries. You’ll see exactly why on a stormy winter’s day when the raging waves crash over the harbour wall and batter the clock tower of the Porthleven Institute.
